Thank you for shopping at The Doodle Dream! Below is our full shipping policy so you know exactly what to expect when ordering from us.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–14 business days, depending on current order volume. If your order includes a preorder item, your entire order will be held and shipped together once all items are ready.

Shipping Methods
We offer both economy (untracked) shipping and tracked shipping options at checkout. You may choose whichever method fits your needs. All orders are shipped from [Your Location].

Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on the method you choose and your location. The following are general estimates:
• United States:
– Economy (Untracked): 8–25 business days
– Tracked: 4–10 business days
• Canada: 1–14 business days
• International: Varies by region, usually 1–5 weeks depending on country

Tracking Information
If you select tracked shipping, a tracking number will be provided once your package ships. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update. International tracking may take up to one week before showing movement.

Combined Shipping
Shipping is charged once per order. If your order contains preorder items, the entire order will ship together. If you place multiple separate orders and want them combined, email us as soon as possible. If the orders have not shipped yet, we may be able to combine them for you.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Economy (untracked) mail does not come with tracking. If your package seems delayed, contact us and we will do our best to assist. For tracked packages, we can help open an investigation with the carrier if there is a significant delay. Please note that once an order is shipped, transit delays are outside of our control.

Duties, Taxes & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, or taxes charged by their country. If a package is refused due to customs charges and returned to us, a refund may be issued minus shipping costs and a restocking fee.
